A couple of days back one Agile Guru called me. I thought of taking that opportunity to ask him one question that had been in my mind for quite some time. Here is a gist of it.

Business Agility? Is it that type of agility so as to improve the business?

---Business Agility refers to the rapid, continuous, and systematic evolutionary adaptation and entrepreneurial innovation directed at gaining and maintaining competitive advantage.

sounds really impressive. But does that boil down to agility to improve the business?
---Yes. In simple words, that is correct.

any other type of agility, apart from Business Agility?
---Ummm, yes. You can say Technical Agility.
---Ummm, yes. You can say Technical Agility.
-If Technical
Agility does not help to improve business why one should go for it?
---beeeep beeeep beeeep. Suddenly his phone went dead.
